Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Seeking a PHP/MySQL developer to customise part of a Wordpress install to enable easier management of some particular articles.
  
  I maintain an online record label and would like easier release management as part of the project, allowing less experienced users to add release information themselves without formatting a new page correctly.
  
  Unfortunately there is no budget for this project. I would love to find a developer who is interested in a skill swap. I have excellent graphic design experience for print and screen, plus brand experience.
