Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  To get straight to the point I am the lead developer for a small web firm and am also a full time univeristy student about to start my final year. This means most of my time will have to be dedicated to my studies therefore I need to find some reliable freelance PHP programmers who I can trust to pass the work on to. The designs of every page will be done by a professional designer and approved by the client before it's sent to you. You would need to slice the design and do any server side development.
  
  Projects range from small brochure sites (£400) to large fully automated ecommerce (£1500+). Prices are done on a per project basis - you will be paid 50% upfront and then 50% on completion of the project.
