  i am an aspiring entreprenuer with an idea for the development of a small-scale niche website. the target audience is a specific demographic with a specific interest.
  
  i am looking for a competent programmer with the technical skills/background to create a clone similar to the website www.razume.com. a couple over-arching requirements include, but are not limited to, secure registration and login, file upload, conversion to pdf, file display, file markup, browse/search, comments, ratings, and tagging. further details will be discussed upon contractual agreement.
  
  payment type and amount is negotiable. please note that this site is targeted to a specific group/interest and idealized to fill a gap in the market and is not necessarily out there to generate a residual income (ie - get rich quick). however, the opportunity is out there if the user interest/traffic exists.
