Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

• Required Knowledge

  Be able to design web sites use photoshop and have knowledge of HTML ( xhtml ) and css. I need to be able to talk to the designer over the Internet though instant messaging or skype.
  
  A portfolio or work experience is requested.
