Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We are looking for a brilliant programmer who utilizes modern development practices. By modern, we mean: Object Oriented PHP, MVC (Model-View-Controller), XHTML/CSS (don't need to be a CSS ninja, but you can't be a table lover), etc.
  
  You should...
  
  * Have expert knowledge of PHP/MySQL, JavaScript and AJAX
  * Have the ability to develop large-scale web applications, CMS's, eCommerce sites and more
  * Be versatile. You need to be able to use existing systems when appropriate (Magento, Wordpress, etc.)
  * Understand tabless CSS based layouts. You don't need to be a designer though.
  * Efficient. Your code should be efficient, and your time management skills should be as well.
  * Constantly learning. Each project should be better than your last.
  
  
  This is a freelance position. You will work from home. You need to communicate effectively, be responsible and reliable.
  The work will range from 20 - 40 hours /week.
