Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I'm starting a new blog and have another blog that was started few months back and is getting some traction. The goal is to build a blog network with mainstream topics. My current blog is focused on the political landscape http://www.theobamapound.com
  
  This new blog, Web2Nation, that I'm kick starting is focusing on Technology and Web 2.0. The subjects will be very much like Techcrunch, ReadWriteWeb, VentureBeat, GigaOm and Centernetworks.
  
  With this new blog, I want to set the tone of our reviews to be more in depth, we will challenge other big blogger's review, we will pick on and provide more insights to the news from another perspective. It's hard to describe the style, once you're on board, you should get the idea quickly.
  
  What I am looking for is writers or bloggers who will be willing to write 1 - 2 posts per day. They will have to be quality posts on Technology and Web App reviews.
  
  What would be pluses:
  If you are comfortable hacking Wordpress/PHP and has an eye for design, you will stand out.
  
  Compensation:
  25% revenue share pool for Web2Nation's Ad revenue.
  I've decided to put 25% of the total ad revenue into a revenue share pool. This pool will will share by all contributing writers by the % of posts written and other possible scoring factors. This pool will change as the blog growths.
