Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  Hello -
  
  I am working with a group of 3 other individuals on a start-up out of New York City. We are looking for an intermediate to advanced graphic designer. No front-end programming knowledge required, we can do the coding. We just need a graphic designer/UI designer to do the mock ups which we will cut and code.
  
  It's a cool, innovative project surrounding news, entertainment, and politics done in a way never done before (or why do it?). We come from some good backgrounds working in New York. We would love to hear from you if you have talent.
  
  We are looking to build a brand like Yahoo or Google - the site is sort of web 1.5. (Somewhere between 1.0 and 2.0!).
