Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  im looking for a programmer who is good to great in PHP. the project i have is quite small and probably quite easy for a programmer to take on. i'm making a website for a photographer (to showcase her photography) and would like to make it in a fashion where I can (and her also) make a folder for each project she has. all of the photos will go in the appropriate folders. basically, id like the folder name to be used as a link to a subnav which will list in numbers (like, 01-09) and those will link to the images. pretty straightforward... but if this is confusing it will be explained by the design comp I have.
