Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  Hello,
  I am looking for an offshore programmer, ukrain or eastern europe for a social platform project. all pages are complete, just need you to program them and improve our database and last but not least.. set up a solid ecommerce shopping cart.

  we need you to be at least intermediate in .NET, windows box and must know how to take my css pages and make them work. you won't be rushed. This probably the most fun you'll ever have working on a project because the site is all about fun. ajax is helpful.
