Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Please be efficient in PHP and MYSQL. Ajax knowledge is nice, but not required.
  
• Additional Info

  I am needing a programmer and a designer to help me on commercial projects. Payments will be split equally on every sale. This is a long term commitment requiring hard work and patience, but will pay off when sales come in. I am only willing to take 2 people at most on board with me.
  
  I have available the specs and the flow charts for the projects. We will get them done together and feast together when they are completed.
  
  All the projects are commercial, no open source.
