  REPOSTING THIS AD. Need a front-end developer to create xhtml / css from a PSD design file. The design has a horizontal navigation with drop menus and a vertical navigation with fly-out menus. The menus need to be html lists for easy updating. This project needs to be complete this week, please give me a price quote and some samples.
