  Highly confidential. If you have the ability to create a simple app, but with specific features not coded anywhere else, let me know and i'll send you further details.
  
  Site will need to have a web 2.0 look/feel. light friendly colors. css-based design. nothing too fancy, just a small slick interface, just something that puts a nice face on the code which is the primary reason this job is being posted.
  
  Will Need:
  - User Authentication.
  - Stat tracking.
  - Unique link generation.
  - Flawless Paypal Integration.
  - Either page crawling/trolling/capture method or API use. (API is available, but believe the API may not be able to be used.)
  
  The site will have money flowing two ways;
  1) From CUSTOMERS to us.
  2) From us to USERS.
  
  Number 1 will need little more coding than basic paypal integration. However, number 2 will give out payments based on the results of the page crawling/capture, so the coding will need to be very tight to avoid any mis-payment.
  
  Payment will include testing period, to make sure its all clean and final before anything is final.
  Will consider revenue sharing, but prefer to pay static amount as advertised for the job.
