Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a superstar developer to lead development of a very cool cutting edge service.
  
  You will head the Python / PostgreSQL side of three good sized web apps and be responsible for bringing it from a plan to a functioning product and launch. You will have the budget to outsource or contract any additional work to meet our launch deadline.
  
  You must have experience or clear insight into building a scalable, redundant database driven real time system interfacing with 3rd party software.
  
  Our team is based in Incline Village, NV. We're looking for a candidate in Reno, Sacramento, or the sfbay.
  
  We're young, smart, innovative founders. You must be too. We also like to enjoy life which is why we are based in Tahoe. (Did I mention this position comes with a season pass to Squaw Valley?)
