  Ok I Want A Real Estate Site Where its Free For Renters To Search listings But in order to view property Contact Infomation They Must Pay a $2.99 For A 3day membership $8.99 For A one Month membership Or $7.99 For A monthly membership For an entire year billed monthly will accept paypal and onebip as payment or they can also mail a money order
  
  Brokers/Realitors/owners Can List Unlimited Listings For $9.99 a month or A year Membership of $59.99 per year...
  
  Or if they want To List One listing the price for Single Listing is $14.99 Homepage Featured Single Listings Are $19.99
  
  Each Listing Can have upto 6 photos users must be able to search by city state zip size and price
  
  Must Have Rss&CSS Feeds Must have As many social Bookmarking sites As possible must have seo friendly urls and be easy to do seo on... I like the look of Rent.com as a refrence
  
  Must be able to email 1 or all users or brokers from the my admin area Must be able to Remove Ads that are Inappropriate aswell as Suspend and delete misused Accounts Also they Must click an Activation link to verify email :)
  
  Must set up a way For me to sell ad space on the site aswell as have google adsence and other ads running on the site for revenue (if you can market this site into top 10 of search engine Ill make you a 25% partner My buget is very tight so this will be a project we do in phases this is just phase but again if your willing to come on as the full time designer/programmer/marketer of the site I will give you 25% of all profits of the site...
