Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  Understand a bit about project management and collaboration tools, as well as be fully versed in wordpress theme and plugin development
  
• Additional Info

  I've conceptualised a few premium theme ideas related to using wordpress in new and non traditional ways. I see a big gap here due to the size of the wordpress community and it's ease of use and development.
  
  If you're interested in starting a venture together I have wordpress coding skills, XHTML & CSS and am a designer but need some help with plugin development or advanced features through some additional php and ajax.
