  We have an underperforming e-commerce site selling a patented product (unique gift). The site has a very high bounce back rate, visitors leave the site confused about the product. Because of the unique nature of the product it is quite challenging to grasp attention and "explain" to the site visitors what the product is about. On the brighter side - everybody who sees the actual product give us their positive feedback and people who buy our product are very lucky to buy from us again - we have quite high customer retention.
  
  We are not necessarily looking for a graphic designer but a marketer who can help us make the site clearer to our visitors modify layout, colors, text and graphics. Please, send your portfolio to show your work.
