Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I need a clone of two web sites, with a new design for each web site. Each site involves scripting and a backend admin panel. You will be responsible for ALL of the features that currently exist on the following sites:
  
  Clone www.wideplankflooring.com/ (new design)
  Clone www.landsharkinvestments.com (new design)
  
  This is two projects, my maximum is $1100 each, for a total of $2200. Please tell me which one(s) you want to do and what your bid is for each one or for both.
  
  You will be responsible for contacting the client directly and revising until the client is satisfied. Therefore you must have good english.
  
  Also, please specify and what times after 3PM eastern time you are avaible on gmail chat.
  
  Revise until client is happy. Plenty of work available, but I am use sites likes these and look at the feedback ratings to find new designers or design firms. If you don't have feedback here, then where?
