Entrepreneur looking for an Entrepreneur for long-term partnership

  I have great idea for a new web company and have already created a first version of the web application. So far though, I have been working all by myself but I realize in order for me to create a successful company I am going to need some help. Therefore I am looking for a partner with a skill-set to complimentary to my own.
  
  The ideal partner is going to be someone that will be the mouthpiece of the company. I need someone that is a great public speaker, would be able to talk to investors, blog, write copy and generate buzz.
  
  Other qualities that would be very useful in addition to the ones above are graphic design, programming experience, DBA, network system administration.
  
  As a partner you will be given a 50% share in the company.
