Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Need programmer to create business web application. Programmer must be able to work with me (a designer and entrepreneur) on building this web application. Must have expert programming skills, ideally in Rails and PHP. Design will use CSS, XHTML, and Ajax.

  THE WEB APPLICATION:
  The business web application is a suite of tools for businesses. Without spilling the beans to much, think GoodBarry + 37 Signals + WordPress combined, plus more. If all goes as planned (based on number of clients similar apps have), we should have several thousand paying clients in a couple years after development.
  
  ABOUT ME:
  I am a graphic designer, but do not know any coding. I am providing the breakthrough idea, plus business knowledge, marketing (including graphic design and funding), and server hosting costs. Need a programmer to make my ideas and dreams into an online reality.
  
  Offering 50/50 partnership in future profits (the final product will come in 3 versions based on size of business, starting at 'tentatively' $49/month). Partnership may have to be adjusted based on legal issues (i.e. 49/51).
  
  This can be a successful business venture if done correctly. I only need a programmer to invest their time, energy, and expertise in the project. All other startup costs will be supported by me.
