  Greeting Programmers - I am looking for an experienced programmer to take my soon to be developed ASP.NET 2.0 Web Site and completely reform it to my current designs.
  
  All .NET programming is complete and the site is fully functional BUT the appearance of the site is dull. I am going to reform the site and would like a programmer by my side to reform the programming and impliment it into my new design.
  
  This could potentially lead to a full time position as the company is seeking a chief technology officer.
  
  Percentage of revenue plus sign on bonus
