Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Secure "members only" website with interactive & automated e-mails & collaborative/shared tables. E-commerce module needed later.

  I have a website project that's 90% done but the programmer doesn't know when he will ever have time to finish it (contract programmer with lots of irons in the fire). It's written in Python, however I am not wedded to Python. In other words, it can be converted or re-written into another language.
