Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Need an all-star php programmer/developer to help build new website with social networking features. This is a new online business with great potential for expansion. The timeframe is tight (as usual), however, the programmer who can implement this website with us will be included in many more projects to come, plus have the option to have continued involvement in the original.
  
  The site requirements and content have all been clearly defined. The home page UI mockup is already designed, so we just need someone who can take the screens and build the working page templates...we'd like to work with someone who is comfrtable and familiar with using the latest user experience design technologies and style - ajax, web 2.0 layout and look, flash video, etc.
