Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Zioware is looking for expert programmers to join the ranks of the team. We currently have a lot of designers and are only looking for rock star programmers.
  
  If you have excellent php, javascripting, ruby on rails or any other advanced programming skills, we would like you to join our development team.
  
  Since we are a just starting off as a team, we cannot provide initial pay. Pay will be 50/50 on each project you receive or work on. Equity will be given to those that create apps in our development team.
  
  Since this not technically a job, but with due time, it will turn into one.
  
  If you love to be in a rich team of designers and programmers developing next generation apps and websites, this is the team for you.
  
  The ideal candidate would be fun and friendly with excellent programming skills.
