Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I own a web design company and an overwhelmed. I am looking for partnerships in which you get 50% of what I sell it to the client, or less, and sometimes you would contact/deal with the client directly. You'd do the whole project, and we'd split it 50/50. I need partnerships on web sites that the clients can edit themselves (cms or script) in which they can add align pictures and video, and maybe even add navigation or pages themselves if possible.

  I am looking to sell you as my designer/programmer, put the work in my company name, and use your portfolio to sell you/us as my company. Your portfolio's sites cant say "site designed by you", otherwise I cant sell you as my company name.
  
  I also need know that if a client does a credit card chargeback, or need to give a refund, you'd give me the money back in those cases, I have never had this happen, but if it does, you risk this also with me. I take steps to ensure this doesnt happen, like showing the client each step of the way.
