Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Ambitious designer is looking for a long term partnership with a developer. It may sound romantic, but thats because opposites attract.
  
  Anyway....
  
  ... I am looking for a new developer to assist with a few 'self funded' projects I mean to get off the ground this financial year.
  
  I have been told by my last developer
  
  "Judging from the work I've done with you, I've noticed that your sites tend to be "original" and require a lot of front-end interface design/implementation, so you'll want to emphasize that very strong xhtml/css/js skills are important."
  
  Anybody up for the challenge?
  
  Sites/Projects in mind include:
  * Image Library, e-commerce
  * Clothing, e-commerce stores x2
  * Print on demand website, e-commerce
  * one further 'secret website' - although this is perhaps Flash (actionscript) driven
  
  I am really looking for developers that are UK... more importantly... London based... however, will consider outside applications (except for India, Pakistan... sorry guys).
