Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  HTML/XHTML,CSS, Photoshop, AJAX and Web 2.0 techniques.

  We need an experienced Web/ UI Designer to work on freelance basis.
  
  A few requirements:
  
  * Demonstrate experience designing, deploying and maintaining consumer centric web applications.
  * Expert in CSS, HTML/XHTML, and Web 2.0 techniques.
  * Solid understanding of web standards, web design best practices and browser compatibility issues.
  * Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  * Some PHP and AJAX knowledge a plus.
