Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  i would like to create a login page for a client. this page will have more information related to the assigned user that logs into that page. for example a directory of images, and user html files that would be uploaded.
  
  i am looking for someone in the Miami area, that would be available for future project, and eventually build a relationship with said programmer.
