Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I am looking for a logo to be designed for a personal project that is up and coming. I will need it to be vector based for resizing purposes. I do have some ideas in mind but would like a fresh perspective and someone able to create something I would like.
  
  The price is negotiable. Meaning, it is a paid gig however, I am a very adept PHP/MySQL/Joomla/Many more coder so if you're looking for a trade in skills that is negotiable as well.
