Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I've got a small but steady trickle of similar site jobs. I need a designer who can take a non-styled CSS-based layout template page and skin it distinctively for each client.
  
  If you are able to both create the graphics and implement the necessary presentational CSS into the template, you are my guy (or gal). If you don't/can't/won't implement your designs, you are not.
