Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I run a web design company that is growing quickly. All of our websites run on Drupal. I need someone who can log in to our Basecamp, see tasks assigned to them, and deliver results.
  
  Tasks include:
  -Theme work
  -Integration / customization of modules
  -Original PHP development
  -Browser accessibility issues
  
  Please provide your experience level with Drupal (and comfort with CCK/Views) and your hourly rate. You can be based anywhere?but you must be dependable.
