Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We are looking for a designer who can be on call to our quickly growing website company (hourly contract pay) for design work. We'll need you at different stages of web development, depending on the project:
  
  1. Intermediary stage to spruce up our in-house designs before presenting to client
  2. Improve designs after client feedback
  3. Improving actual website once it's themed -- CSS, fonts, creating little graphics. Finishing touches, in other words.
