Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I've got several unique projects with good earnings potential. However, these projects are too big for just one person. My strengths are in design and structure, but I'm lacking in the graphics side of things. I've got a lot done in C++ - now looking for somebody who's got good knowledge of OpenGL, DirectX or similar. A good knowledge of AI is useful as well (I know my AI but 2 brains are twice as good as 1).
