Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Applications: Crystal Reports

  I'm looking for developers who are interested in taking on overflow work from our current projects and clients with the possibility of a hire if you fit well with our team. We do multiple types of software development including: Product/inventory databases, ticket/time tracking software, customer management software, and Web 2.0 software solutions of our own which we plan on marketing sometime soon.
  
  The key fit will have experience in a variety of languages and not necessarily specialize in any one specific kind. They will also have an intimate knowledge of database relationships and how to properly organize, implement, and manage these databases. A major plus is if they know Crystal Reports. This however, is not required.
