Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a web designer who understands web usability, uses latest design techniques for layouts(i.e. grid system), and can create rich user interfaces.
  
  You will be strictly be required to provide psds for layouts. Most projects you will be require a homepage and internal page layout. You designs must be of the highest caliber.
  
  For our current project, if you can please provide a quote for providing the following services: 1.Homepage Layout 2. Internal page Layout 3. Blog Layout(based on homepage) 4. Product Page Layout 5. 8-9 pages where you will need to take content and spruce it up with designs.
