  We are a seed-stage startup firm looking for a creative, smart, energetic and multi-talented Adobe Flash Application developer. In this position, you will build the next-generation video framework for delivering online video using the Adobe Flash technologies. You will be completely responsible for development of a new set of revolutionary features that enhance online video experience for everyone. You should be able to:
  - Understand customer technical and business requirements and scope work effort for engagements.
  - Must be able to articulate advanced technical solutions and concepts to both business and technical audiences
  - Must be organized and able to commit and deliver to project plans and timelines
  
  Required qualifications:
  - Advanced skill with Action Script 3 programming -- including object oriented coding, events, class/package structures.
  - Experience with Flash animation/video delivery.
  - Strong background in streaming media.
  - Adobe Flash CS3 IDE experience.
  - Knowledge of UI design principles.
