  A good knowledge of either Rails or PHP, we would strongly prefer rails for the simplicity. Also your supporting designer has a good base in rails and would be more useful in that field.

  I'm here to offer an amazing opportunity to a talented programmer:
  
  I am the manager of a start-up that has been in pre-development for four months. Up until recently the team was completely full, however due to mitigating circumstances our lead programmer role has become available.
  
  The website will be launched early next year, we have investors interested as well as amazing ties into the industry and an amazing board of directors.
  
  We need a programmer to compliment the designer (most pages are already in photoshop and XHTML/css format and add substance and functionality to the pages.
  
  As an example of what we need:
  
  - Searching Functionality
  - Authenticated sessions, login/register, reset password etc
  - Basic blogging functionality
  
  We have already programmed a user messaging system which we would like places into the application as well - or you can rewrite it based on our example.
  
  The position is paid, but we are also ONLY looking for someone who is interested in equity in the company as well - obviously you may not want to buy into the equity until you hear our idea which is why all accepted applicants will be given an NDA and an explanation of what we are offering.
