Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  This is a paying gig, I only marked negotiable since I like to pay more for more experience / skills. Slackers need not apply :)
  
  My client is looking to build a simple collaboration system to be used internally throughout the company. The project itself has a pretty short deadline, but is also open to long term updates and changes.
