Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  The site I am next going to build is a User Created quotes (quotes from your friends and professional peers) site, bringing together semantic thinking on a web 2.0 framework. The site will need to be modular and built on the Django framework.
  
  I have already written a detailed spec for Beta level build and will share with the right programmer. You will notice in my BIO that I have a history of creating successful, innovative and highly respected sites on the web and on mobile.
  
  This project already has a top flight designer on board: http://london404.com/ and we are seeking a programmer with an advanced skill set to join the 3 person team on an equity only basis. Funding will be sought after successful beta build.
