Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We have a custom e-commerce website, primarily coded using PHP, that currently requires users to register/login prior to accessing the website's content. We are looking for a developer who can move the registration/login so the majority of the sites content becomes non-password protected.
  We can provide further information upon request but in general we are looking for someone with a fair amount of web development experience who can also provide some advise on how to improve the website's overall user experience.
