Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am just starting a web site, and since it is still in its infancy I am not 100% sure it will work. I have 3-4 organizations who will probably commit once the site is finished. (One of these organizations is a radio station *free advertising*). I know I have the programming capability, and the work ethic but I need a designer that can help create the graphical elements of the site and really bring it alive. As of right now I don't really have any funds set aside for this type of work, its all just hard work (other than purchasing the domain) and a lot of time.
  
  I am looking for a graphic designer who can build crisp clean icons, images, graphical representations of ideas etc.... my email is nate@piratesurveys.com and I would really like to build a solid foundation with the right designer and have this site take off.
