Programmer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I am looking for someone that is familiar with a system which allows a user to upload videos and converts them to flv format. I would like it to accept .mov, and other popular formats. It should work in the same way as youtube or any other video-based site.
  
  I have researched the options and found there are a couple of popular options for linux servers. I just am not familiar enough with how to compile these into the build and add the options for different formats.
  
  I suspect for someone that has done this before, it is a pretty straight-forward job.
  
  Pay is negotiable, since i do not know how long this will take or the true level of difficulty. Location is not important, as long as we can communicate via email/extranet.
