Writer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I'm looking for someone to design 3-5 websites for me. I will of course, pay all fees associated with this enterprise. I simply need someone to design the websites according to my specifications. Partner will have to sign a non-disclosure aggreement. Would like to have this done in 2 months. This project shouldn't be difficult for even the average webmaster or webmistress.
