Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  Looking for a programmer to create a website based on the twitter api, preferably some experience working with API's.
  
  Also would like additional skills of web 2.0 technologies such as Ajax and jquery.
  
  Would prefer PHP to get the job done but if you are a genius in another language I would still love to hear from you.
