Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  We need an inventive, creative designer who can take a basic concept and quickly create web front ends. These will sit on top of ASP and other .Net backends so some knowledge of CSS and other MS technologiies is a plus.

  I already have a long term relationship with an great programmer and we have a few sites up and running including www.helpshare.com and www.lookmarks.com. I am more the business, sales, product managment type and he is an awesome .Net developer. We are just needing a fast, creative, dynamic web designers who can focus on interface and functional design. We want to create a partnership where we can all come up with ideas, prototype the good ones and share the success of the projects.
  
  This work could also include custom projects for clients like Microsoft and T-mobile.
  
  Depending on the project, we would partner for ownership or exchange cash. We can discuss.
