Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  We are looking for an advanced programmer to help us with Flash banner ads.
  
  We need someone to take an existing Flash banner ad that exceeds the media size for a site running the ad. We'd like someone to change the banner to use Cross Domain files so the ad will be smaller but still include the content.
  
  We'd also like to have the programmer create 2 other sized banner ads from the files we supply.
  This job is ready to go yesterday.
