Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for xhtml gurus able to produce proper pages, without table and the al. from a photoshop template
  
• Additional Info

  This will be used as templates for a content management system. We work moslty for NGOs and a looking for long term partnerships.
  
  I want people that are good in xhtml (ie do it by hand), love semanticaly valid pages, know how to use float and negative margin and know how to make it work on IE 6. (You are have the right to say what you think about how microsoft respects the W3C standards ;).
