  I'm looking for a designer that is willing to take on some basic web design work. I develop simple CMS/App sites powered by Drupal or Wordpress - depending on the clients needs. I am looking for a designer that can design simple, clean, modern sites. Possibly cut them into HTML and CSS if you have experience with theming Drupal or Wordpress.
