I am looking for a asp.net / html / css programmer to help me with websites on a per project basis, paid per project and work from home. If you are local to southern california, that's ideal, but i am not interested in anyone outside the country. I am particularly looking for someone that can I can work with on a long term basis if things go well with the first project. I am more concerned with hiring someone that is detail oriented, meets deadlines, and focused on clean and readable code than someone that has many years of experience. Willingness to learn is also a must. However I would require that you are comfortable or have some level of experience in most of the skills listed below.
