Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Busy advertising agency is looking for a programming partner to assist on in a wide variety of projects.
  
  The ideal candidate MUST know ASP.net because many of the software projects we have already started have been programmed in ASP.net. We also need someone that knows PHP and more specifically Joomla.
  
  Our goal is to find a long term programming partner that can accomplish projects on time and within the allowed budget.
