Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a flexible, creative programmer who is also great at meeting deadlines.
  
  Right now I have a Joomla project that has been abandoned by the programmer. It needs to be finished in the next few days.
  
  It's a simple template creation from a .psd, but also includes:
  
  It's a standard implementation with three tweaks.
  
  1) I need to control the title tags separate from what is on the page. So, if the page didn't show the title tags, but they showed in the code, that would be lovely.
  2) The menu needs to expand gracefully. Either be able to click on the menu main item and have it show the secondary items, or have the menu display like this: http://sainte-maxime.zoomsurmaville.com/index.php, which I think is a usage of a joomla module.
  
  Actually, I'm not totally set on the menu expanding that way, but there should be clear delineations between the product cateogories and the products themselves, although each product category page will be another article.
  
  3) If at all possible it would be nice if it were ADA compliant - not a requirement.
